Live Proposal

A Live Proposal is the public page your customer opens from a link. They see the quote with your branding, can rotate the model in the 3D Viewer, download the PDF, and approve or decline.

On the quote, create the public link. The link is shown once. A new link replaces the previous one and works until the quote expires. Send that link to your customer. You are told when they approve or decline.

The page does not show your internal costs. Approval asks for the customer's full name and records the date. Declining asks for a reason.

Quick Quote does not create this link, because Quick Quote saves nothing. Save a quote first, then create the Live Proposal from that quote.
